These terms govern use of joinad.ai. Use of the AdAI product is governed by the separate agreement signed at trial or subscription, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Acceptable use, and what is prohibited.
3. Our content
Ownership of the site, its copy, and its imagery. Example brands shown on this site are illustrative and are not real customers.
4. Material you send us
What happens to a reference ad or product file sent outside the product, and the representation that the sender holds the rights to it.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as is. Nothing on it is a guarantee of results.
6. Limitation of liability
The cap and the exclusions.
7. Governing law
State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws rules, with exclusive jurisdiction in New York County.
